Hope Family Ministries, Inc. (HFM) is a Biblical Counseling and Discipleship Training Ministry in Tupelo, Mississippi. It began May 1995. President and Founder, Rev. Mike Marecle, with the Hope Family Ministries staff, seeks to provide confidential, Biblical, pastoral counseling to individuals, couples, and families in North Mississippi and surrounding areas.

God has equipped the staff at HFM with the ability to offer people help, while expressing God's love and plan for their lives. HFM offers Biblical Counseling, Discipleship Training and Marriage Enrichment, as well as conferences and retreats.

Each member of our staff has a proven, seasoned relationship with God. We are people of character, integrity and calling. We are equipped academically, but also know how to live in and through life situations by faith. We depend upon God’s Word to speak to the situations we face, not in a judgmental or condemning way, but simply speaking the truth in love.

Marriage and Family Counseling Center Founder Brother Mike

It all began with a prayer in May 1987. “Lord, please use the mess I have made with my life to help others.” Across the next 8 years, God delivered me from many years of bondage to numerous destructive things, such as: anger, alcohol and many failed relationships. But being delivered was only half of the process. Yes, I was free from the past, but I needed to learn to live life on God’s terms. Learning to be a man, husband, father, brother, son, neighbor, friend, employee, etc. of faith required learning God’s Word, but also depending on the Holy Spirit to apply God’s Word. It was a challenging season, but one that was necessary for God to use me to start and lead a non-profit Biblical Counseling ministry. God hasn’t wasted anything I experienced, before I knew Him or since.
